Basic differences between x86 Assembly and X86-64 Assembly

many thanks for u time my friend Evilcry ,but we need more ,more information .
so every thing going around "quad-word"
Xorq ,pushq movq ....etc
Is there is a good tut (flash if possible) :
PE structure ?!
Good Debugger ?! Link to download , except IDA need another one .
but if IDA then tut flash for it .
is all technique of X86 still work on X64 ...?!
