It's been confirmed to me that "full-source-unedited.zip" has 1 missing file and uses different compression than "GTAVSP.7z", hence the different sizes. Meaning "full-source-unedited.zip" == "GTAVSP.7z" - 1 file. Bigger size doesn't mean more content in this case, it seems So "GTAVSP.7z" remains the solid one. I'll update mine as well.
