What version of ckinfo are you using?
I could only find ckinfo 1.14 on Thewd's github.

When I attempt to decode the Site Code using

/siteCode BFAB 6ABC 14E9 3616 7E
I get the following error

Error #16: Error occurred decrypting the Site Code - Encryption Keys Not Found
Did you use a script instead of /siteCode?
