MixedStringDecryptor v2: NET 7/8/9
- Added "Assembly to load (optional):" to specify original assembly to be loaded
- Added "Patch GetExecuting" to patch Assembly.GetCallingAssembly
- Added support for string(string, bool) decryption methods
