And I've never deleted anyone for disagreeing with me.
People only get deleted when they clearly,
intentionally break the rules, as did those posted in the "New Banned User's Hall of Shame" thread. The only thing that happens, at least the first couple of times, with "post count spam" is it gets deleted and a warning PM might be sent.
If they keep it up
after the warning, I usually just send someone to their house to kill them in their sleep.
Most of the time, they don't do it again after that.
