May I suggest you try three things which you should have already thought of. Go to the Compuware site and read their information about softice issues relating to the wireless mouse. This is not a new issue.
Second, SEARCH the net, using something simple, such as: "softice wireless mouse" and/or just "softice mouse" (without the quotes).
Third, Search here with that same phrases and then go over to www.woodmann.net and conduct the same searches there. I know we have discussion of these issues over there. Oh, and don't post this same question over there without reading the FAQ linked in the
BIG RED LETTERS at the top of their Forums, or I'll have to scold you again over there.
I short, I'm suggesting you make an effort to help yourself before you ask others to help you. It's a good lesson for life. Now do your homework.
