There is a IIS security check-list in MS web site.

Also you can try SecureIIS from eEye, but it will cost $4xx.

Hey there...

Switch to Apache and dump ASP forever. You may suffer some withdrawal symptoms (same with smoking) at first, but after a while you will begin to gain your health back and add many more years to your life. You will feel invigorated and refreshed, empowered if you will..
