It just the client, working keys may be found on Telegram (free time limited or paid) by global searching "v2RayTun", "Vless", etc. Use this VPN on 6 devices (PC, 2 notebooks, iPad, iPhone and Android mobile) within 8 monts. The most stable service. Price is cheaper than other.

I use other paid VPN services before (like Hotspot Shield) with poor results: sometimes works, sometimes not...
