an Example for Leeching is Rapidshare Leecher that leech the files and upload them to your webserver, it's just a Script and you can find it around the Net and Research on it, you may know how the anti leeching part works on it

and MegaLeecher for MegaUpload that Give you the Valid Perimum Links http://leech.megaleecher.net/
