1st try to make disable wireless and Bluetooth

in cmd use ipconfig /all to see MACs.

Also if activator is still not good in win 10 x64,
try to use it in compatibility mode with tick of old windows

if not search and edit Environment variables
TEMP %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp into c:\windows\temp
TMP %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp into c:\windows\temp
