Correction: There is no public automatic unpack tool available for Arma 3.0 and higher.
A number of people have written their own private utilities that do the job quite well. I, for one, and also Squidge I think, and also a few people on Woodmann... AsprStripper has never worked 100% on ASPR any of the times I have tried it (though it seems to work fine on ASPack), so I'm not sure I would say there's a "real" automatic unpack tool avail for ASPR 1.23+ either.
