, you can use LMV8GEN.EXE if you want gen Vendor keys.
If you want to finding the encryption seeds ,Looking at l_checkout, the vendorcode struct is changing the first two long words each side of the l_sg call. usually I think when it come l_sg secondly, the vendorcode struct is correct.
