I'm not personally sure which company the dump is taken from. But it's a dump from the official servers/company that had owned it at the time and then had further additions/development done by a private server team for a bit. It got leaked, recently and discussed on Discord a bit then a bunch of clickbait articles popped up around it.

There isn't much info public for it that I'm aware of and I'm not part of the Discord where it leaked. So I'm not too familiar with the details around it. I also never played the game personally.
