a question on softice - do you have in your collection a softice inside win xp sp3 VM last edition?
it is known that SI doesn't like to run inside VM and lots of people tried to solve that task...

by chance in your collection you have some tool to emulate hasp dongle in ms-dos 6.22.

SI doesn't works under WinXP/SP3.
Last is WinXP/SP2
