Thanks, 86box excellent but does not support 386 debug register, so Softice x dos does not work... dosbox-x the same, but at least it has a very good debugger.
Seems to be an impossible mission emulate Softice x dos..... :-(

You can test IDADOS DOSBox, it works very good.

Maybe this is a too obvious solution, but why don't you just run it in a DOS VM instead of trying all kinds of emulators?
