But I cannot locate a valid userkey! Any advice would be greatly appriciated.
Hi comfy, from what I've figured out from other Gent applications is that the 'user code' in the license form is actually the site code. The userkey, I believe, is 'DF82CE092CAD8F2B21956F36E4'. It seems with all Gent apps the userkey fails to parse on ckinfo. I've successfully managed to get into the other apps using the license form's usercode as the site code and then the user key in the source. The only problem with this app (assuming we are both talking about the Comm tool), is that ckinfo 1.14 does not have the decryption keys for the side code. I always get the error Error #16: Error occurred decrypting the Site Code - Encryption Keys Not Found. So that is where I am stuck.
