NetBox4 Framework Selector:
Select a .NET framework for NETBox 4;
Extract FrmSel.exe and NetBox4.exe to a directory
FrmSel.exe must be next to NetBox4.exe file;
Select a .svm file - a Turbo Studio file containing .NET framework (.svm button);
.svm files here https://sourceforge.net/projects/netbox-framework/files/TurboStudioNetFrameworks/
Click on "Run command" button;
Framework_4.0_x86.svm and Framework_4.5.2.svm won't run from some reasons.
