Steam2 Content Server Dump

A as-complete-as-possible Steam2 content server dump, spanning 13TB of content over 2003 to 2013, including those previously unreleased

Each file name is formatted like [depot_id]_[version]_[crc]_[hash]. DATs contain the depot data, while blobs are their accompanying metadata.

You can discover information about what a specific depot ID might belong to by using a site such as SteamDB, by visiting a URL like https://steamdb.info/depot/441. In this example 441 belongs to Team Fortress 2.

You can extract each depot using the extractor provided (including source code). Further information may be found within the README included within the archive. Do note that it is not necessary to download the full archive, only the depots you want.

Some depots might have duplicate versions. This means at some point they were reset.

An interesting depot ID to look at may be 852.
