Finally(due to your info) i succeded.
Need just to delete a file named F25DDE13.TMP which you find
in windows/temp folder in 98 and somewhere in documents and settings/users/locals/..etc../temp in xp, also in same time you have to delete the registry software/the silicon realm...etc.

time.maybe later if i need to became smart i'll try to remove
the nag screen,
